6:30pm
One show only
Boom Gallery, 11 Rutland St, Newtown
Come join us for an evening at Boom Gallery for RAVENS, a photographic exhibition, live music and performance event.
In folklore throughout the world, ravens have long been associated with prophecy and rebirth. They are the intermediaries, the messengers of the gods with a deep connection to land, sky and spirit. RAVENS explores the spaces in-between, human and animal, community and flock, past and present. In these post humanist times, can the RAVENS inspire us to see further, to soar higher, to listen, observe and play. An invitation to find new levels of connection between each other and the environment.

Written on the Body
Inspired by the life of iconic writer Anais Nin, this visceral dance theatre work explored notions of female identity and the power of literature to both shape and be shaped by our lives. A love affair with the written word.
