Body Ecology
An ongoing community performance and workshop series 2024
Our bodies are a community of cells, organs, bones, micro-organisms, bacteria and chemical messages. We are an expression of the land, air and waterways both inside and outside of us. Through deep listening, dance improvisation and choreography, we co-create dances with the natural world.
An intentional dance experience where you are invited to explore your own movement impulses and dance what is arising in the moment. There are no set steps to learn, the practice is inclusive and welcomes all levels of experience.
What does it feel like to dance with a tree, a bird, a stone? What happens when the one become the many? Your body is a community.
